About Physiotherapy

Injury Recovery

The most common reason people visit a physiotherapist is to recover from an injury (new or old), surgery, medical condition, or to alleviate pain.

I will work with you to strive towards a full recovery, showing and teaching you the proper way to heal your body under your specific circumstances. Everyone is different, so we will adjust the treatment so it suits you and your lifestyle as best as possible.

Improve Mobility

Struggle with certain movements, or even day-to-day tasks that are simple for others? No need to suffer in silence or put up with chronic pain/mobility issues. Physiotherapy can help you improve your lifestyle.

We will diagnose your specific problem(s) and work to strengthen and improve your strength and mobility in these areas. This will prevent injury in the future.

A happier, healthier you!

Physiotherapy can improve your quality of life greatly by healing and strengthening your body so you can take on the daily challenges of life more easily.

“I suffered from chronic lower back pain which I ignored for years. After only one session with Sam, my pain was hugely reduced.

I can now say I am pain-free 90% of the time, and my only regret is waiting so long to book an appointment!”

Richard, Southfields

“Sam is a very informative and knowledgeable physiotherapist. Not only is he great at what he does, but he takes the time to explain where my injuries are stemming from & how these specific muscles and tendons work so that I can better help myself to avoid further injury in the future.

I highly recommend Sam”

Doug, Colliers Wood

“I had been to 4 different physiotherapists before Sam, and was beginning to give up on gaining full movement in my shoulder again.

He completely tailored my plan to suit my lifestyle & came up with exercises I could do at work. With his help my shoulder has improved 10 fold.”

Louise, New Malden
